We offer a variety of services to ensure that being a Landlord is as stress free as possible. Each Landlord has different requirements which we are happy to discuss in order to offer a tailor made solution to managing your property.

Fully Managed Service

From start to finish you just leave it to us. We will look after your investment as if it were one of our own. We market your property to find suitable tenant(s) which are then referenced, Inventory of the property is done. All utility providers are informed when new tenant(s) move in. Rent is paid to the landlord on the day we receive it. Rent statements are emailed to both the landlord and the tenant each month. Professionally conducted check-ins and check-outs plus regular inspections where a report and pictures are emailed to the landlord. We ensure all legislation is adhered to and organise gas safety inspections annually.   We will only consult with you if there are any issues which will need your authorisation to solve. We also offer an out of hour`s on-call service where a person will answer the phone and not a voicemail. You can rest assure that your property is in safe hands.

Tenant Find Service Only

As some Landlords prefer to manage their own properties then this is the best service option for them. After finding a suitable tenant that will be referenced appropriately we can provide everything leading up to booking in the inventory and ensuring the tenant is settled in. We will then pass the Landlords details to the tenant so they can contact the Landlord in future.

Rent Collection Service

A service for those Landlords that manage their property but prefer to leave the collection of rent to be handled professionally. This results in the transfer of funds to the Landlord in an efficient manner.
